This is one of those great apps that you didn't know you needed until you use it.  Such a great app and very easy to use.  I tried to make the GUI as friendly as possible, and of course make it look like sticky note pads, which is where I got the idea.  You can add notes and comments when-ever you want to it.  It auto backups your comments, it can set password on it and other great stuff.

Simple design and very powerful.
